Visitor Information
With the original branch opened in Leather Lane Market in 2010, the Department of Coffee and Social Affairs now has eight branches across London. Aiming to offer something different to the coffee chains engulfing London, the independent brand puts people and coffee at the heart of the organisation, with each location offering something unique. At 24 metres long and only 2.6 metres deep, this Norton Folgate branch is possibly the longest coffee shop in Europe. Situated between The City, Spitalfields and Shoreditch, at the top end of Bishopsgate, it's a coffee-focused social hub nestled between some of London's liveliest neighbourhoods.
