The GNH Bar takes up almost the entire ground floor of the Great Northern Hotel and opens directly onto the western concourse of King's Cross Station. The interior features striking glass chandeliers, a central polished pewter island bar, mirrored glass ceilings inspired by French railway restaurants and a small private mezzanine lounge overlooking the bar. Open from early morning until late at night with music and guest DJs. Mark Sargeant, formerly at Gordon Ramsay for 13 years and who headed up Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's for eight years, oversees all food outlets at the Great Northern Hotel including the GNH Bar and the first floor Plum and Spilt Milk restaurant, and the Kiosk on the station concourse.
