Bringing bingo out of the community halls, Hijingo feels more like a nightclub and adds a whole heap of glamour to the game. The parent company behind Puttshack and Bounce are responsible for this new way to socialise in Shoreditch. Founder Adam Breeden has teamed up with the co-founder of Rebel Bingo, James Gordon, to put the fun into bingo. Enjoy drinks at the bar where c ountdown screens will tell you when to enter the Showtime tunnel to the Hijingo room. Once there, your enthusiastic host calls out the numbers from a stage framed by LED lights , with six chances to win in each session. Video projections and motion graphics by design studio The Experience Machine - better known for their work with Jay-Z, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, and Skepta - and a kicking soundtrack add to the fun. Serving snacks and cocktails, it's also a chance to socialise, get silly with your mates and enjoy an adrenaline-fuelled rollercoaster of a bingo show.
