Located under the railway arches beside London Fields in Hackney, the London Fields Brewery opened in 2011 and was inspired by the drought of craft beer in London's east end. Special brews include the flavoursome Hackney Hopster pale ale, Love Not War red ale, the warming coffee 'n chocolate Black Path Porter and Shoreditch Triangle IPA, as well as a regular unfiltered lager and wheat beer. On the weekend a Tap Room opens its doors, serving the Brewery's beers as well as English wines, local snacks and soft drinks. Live music and other events are often hosted - while the space is available for hire. Beer lovers can also browse the shop, take a tour of the Brewery or enjoy a beer-making course.
