Hidden away under Hix Soho is something altogether more seductive: Mark's Bar. The magic of this effortlessly cool cocktail bar is it doesn't try too hard, there's nothing showy or show-offy and it's never too full. F amous for its YBA artwork, its dimmed lights and large chesterfields welcome you in. Expertly shaken cocktails present drinks-as-theatre so get a seat at the bar for the full enjoyment. These s easonally changing cocktails certainly pack a punch so soak up the excess with parsnip crisps, popcorn chicken or crispy salmon skin with whipped smoked salmon. Alternatively opt for a dimly lit corner seat - the perfect place for a secret tryst.
