Close to Battersea Park, The Prince Albert is ideally positioned for a refreshing pint after a walk around the Peace Pagoda. The Prince Albert is part of the fast-expanding Geromino Inns group who count The Northcote, also south of the river, among their 20+ London pubs. Rupert Clevely and his wife Joanna have given this big old fashioned boozer a contemporary makeover while retaining its most attractive original features including the wood panelling and large open fires. Taking up two floors and extending outside to the beer garden, this is a welcoming local pub serving locally sourced pints, wines available by the glass and a hearty menu of T-bone steak and oak smoked gammon.
