Lisson Gallery has been at the forefront of developments in contemporary art since 1967 and has maintained its position as an independent force in the international art world over three decades. The programme at Lisson New Space of solo shows consistently presents an exciting and interesting selection of emerging international artists. Good examples of these include British sculptor and Turner Prize winner (1987) Richard Deacon and Daniel Buren who received the Venice Biennial Golden Lion for the best pavilion in 1986.Lisson Gallery events
