Can't decide whether to have a facial, a manicure or a bouncy blow dry? No problem, at Bloww, you can have it all. This super stylish salon just off Regent Street combines a hair salon with a spa, spread over two floors of a spacious Soho site with a huge square footage. Upstairs there's the bright and stylish hair salon area on the ground floor with the more dimly lit spa treatment rooms downstairs. Walking into Bloww, it could be a bar, or a club, but despite the trendy looking neon lights it's surprisingly affordable. Beneath the bustle of the salon the boutique urban spa is a world away from the roar of the hairdryers. The spa, run by holistic specialists Kuno Tierra, offers a full menu of treatment which focuses on the mind-body-spirit sensory experience. Theses include the Exotic Voyage of Touch - 'more than just a massage' - and the Hammam Rasul, where you can smother yourself (or your partner) in different types of cleansing mud, while a gentle mist of steam infused with essential oils helps restore your energy levels. This is a brilliant, multi-purpose salon and spa - just what every city girl needs.
