Come to Casa Spa for a jolly good steam clean. At this down to earth spa, hammam is the speciality and involves a good scrubbing too. Tunisian born Helen Murphy set up Casa Spa, putting to good use her years of experience in the beauty business in both London and in her native North Africa. The result is a back to basics approach which is reflected in the very reasonable prices. You can also choose to eat here, Lebanese mezze is on the menu, or sup on a mint tea. In between treatments and kick back on the sofas without a care in the world. If the Edgware Road venue is not convenient, there is also a more central branch at 147 Seymour Place, London, W1H 4PB.
