Ergotec Health Studio offers specialist Personal Training, Exercise Prescription, Sports Injury Rehab & Sports Massage Therapy by therapists who have Oxford, Cambridge & RSA diplomas in Sports Massage as well as BSc degrees in Human Movement Science. This highly skilled and experienced team offer an excellent service to clients who need sports massage or have a sports injury, back pain, neck pain or other musculoskeletal pain. Ergotec also offers fitness classes on a pay-as-you go system. Next door, there is also Ergotec Action Physiotherapy where a highly experienced team of physiotherapists can whip you back into shape. No memberships and no joining fees are required - great for visitors to

or a spinning class for short holidays.
