At this Shoreditch dance, fitness and holistic studio getting fit doesn't feel like a chore. All classes at Frame are designed to be fun and with options like yoga, pilates and vibe - done using a toning VirbroGym machine - you get the chance to try something new. They also offer family classes from baby yoga to toddler dance and pilates. Hip hop and dance workshops are arranged from time to time as well as special Burlesque and Showgirl workshops where you can tone up while learning some seductive moves. Join as a member or just rock up, it's up to you. The two studios are also available for private hire and come with fully-sprung dance floors, quality sound system and mirrored walls.
