A well turned out, clean, modern health and fitness club with gym, pool, squash courts, workout studios and spa treatments all on offer. There's a team of personal trainers, a suite of relaxation rooms and 20m ozone treated swimming pool. Everything you need to keep you fit and healthy in a luxurious setting. While its mainly aimed at keeping City workers in shape, anyone can go along for a day or half day spa package and they regularly run special offers. All Day Spa packages include use of the club's facilities - the steam and sauna rooms, plunge pool, gym, aerobic, yoga, spin studios and squash courts - as well as treatments carried out in one of the club's seven treatment rooms. Choose a 'Chocolate Indulgence Day' and you'll get a delicious 55 minute chocolate body scrub and treatment.Opening and closing times for The CityPoint Club
