Triyoga in Covent Garden is the smallest of three Triyoga centres in London - along with the original, and largest, centre in Primrose Hill and a further branch in Kingly Court, Soho. This central Covent Garden branch offers an escape from the city with a select few evening classes and courses Mondays to Wednesdays scheduled to take place after office hours. Anyone can take part, no matter how experienced, and beginners are particularly well catered for with most of the courses aimed at new starters. You can start learning a new, more spiritual form of exercise, safe in the knowledge the teaching at Triyoga is of a very high standard.
