Ultra-elegant, this high-quality hosiery (tights shop) first opened in 1923 serving the flappers of the Jazz Age with their warm woollen stockings. Their business is still very similar today – socks, stockings and following the recent trend for snazzy legs – tonnes and tonnes of tights. Tights are huge in the fashion industry at the moment. We girlies are trotting around in short little dresses, slouch boots and a lovely pair of very cool, patterned tights. All the tights in this shop start at £11 and are laid out in an astonishing myriad of colours, designs and patterns. Swirls, blue checks, diamonds, musky grey flowers and antique style rose pink numbers are just some types of tights hitting the shelves in this surprisingly contemporary historical shop.
