Ember is a cutting edge style bar, perfect for chilled lunches or lively nights out. Set in the 'media' centre of Farringdon, it is the perfect place to go and meet up with friends and chill on the sofa or wooden seats. Having undergone a recent refurbishment, Ember has reopened as one of London’s first completely non-smoking venues, open daily from 11, staying open late Wednesdays through to Saturdays.
Ember is also the perfect place for any function, with the downstairs bar, SubEmber catering for up to 100 people. We also have a new menu, featuring weekend brunches and Sunday roasts, platters and fresh retro English food, as well as wine and a selection of cocktails.
There is also an outside patio if you feel in need of some fresh air. Ember is around the corner from Farringdon tube station, making it easy to find and very central, whether you are part of the after work crowd or conveniently in the Farringdon area.

Newly refurbished, as you enter Ember a three meter frosted glass bar with subtle lighting adds to the calm ambience of the ground floor level, while an outdoor studio caters for the smokers. There is a scattering of comfortable sofas to relax on, and plenty of space to stand and chat.
SubEmber is a sexy sultry retro underground lounge and dance area for private parties; bring in your own DJ's and blast the night away. Live DJ’s on Friday nights.
Ember’s completely unique retro menu is adaptable for corporate lunches or parties serving mini 70's classics from duck eggs and soldiers to Knickerbocker Glories..
