You might just recognise this pub off the telly - it has featured in the Kray's film, sitcom Good Night Sweetheart and even Blue Peter. The look - like something straight out of the 1940s - hasn't been diminished by any number of refits in the intervening years either. This former gay pub has been transformed into yet another excellent gastropub with more table space in the dining room upstairs. The roasts on Sunday certainly have the LondonTown.com seal of approval.
