Formely The House And Terrace, THAT London is a large 1,800-capacity nightclub venue a five minute walk away from The O2 Arena on the Greenwich peninsula. Unlike its modern, industrial and insalubrious surroundings, THAT boasts an Ibiza-like décor (including a massive 700-capacity terrace) which recalls super-club Space, with its colourful interiors and large dancefloor. Kinky Malinky put on THAT's launch party in spring 2009 and the place has since landed a couple of well-known club nights in Plush Dafunk and Smartie Partie. It will take a bit of time before THAT reaches the status of Ministry, Matter or Fabric, but it's a welcome addition to what was becoming a rather slim nightclub scene at the turn of the year.
