Another highly sympathetic restoration from Samuel Smiths, to create a cosy space full of wood panels, and little nooks and corners, with fantastically cheap booze. The real appeal of the place is, of course, the river, with amazing views from the windows, and a terrace which looks out onto Tower Bridge.
