The former Grove Park Tavern has been taken over and transformed by Jordan Swinscoe's House Bars group - also owners of the Priory House tapas restaurant in Brook Green; Station House, a garden bar in Latimer Road; and Westbourne House cocktail lounge in Westbourne Grove. Placing Bardi Berisha, previously of The Cow in Notting Hill, as manager for the launch was a smart move. The pint of prawns popular at The Cow is also on the short menu here which extends to sausages and mash, fishcakes and charcuterie platter. As the name suggests, the pub is located opposite Chiswick railway station.
