triyoga is considered one of the top yoga centres in London - Sadie Forst and Kate Moss are said to come here - and this Primrose Hill branch, set up by Simon Low in 2000, was the original. There are now two additional branches in Kingly Court, Soho and in Covent Garden. With its busy schedule of over 100 classes per week, two studios each holding up to 40 people, and four thearpy rooms, triyoga Primrose Hill is a hugely popular place to practice yoga in all its guises. Scheduled classes accommodate students of all levels from beginner to advanced, as well as offering a good deal of variations - from the deep stretching of Iyenga to the energetic Ashtanga. They also do specialised sessions for pregnant women, toddlers and kids. The kids classes are divided into age brackets for 4 to 6 years, 5 to 8 years and 9 to 12 year with a dedicated Teens Yoga Club during term time.triyoga images
