Dollar Grills & Martinis blends the excesses of Vegas with the glamour of a Parisian boudoir. American sized steaks washed down with champagne martinis. The American style grill is based on the ground floor with an open kitchen serving up calloriffic creations such as The Million Dollar Burger and grilled Canadian lobster. Monster sized steaks, surf and turf, BBQ baby back ribs and 8oz burgers are devoured in the casino inspired dining room. Downstairs the cellar has been adorned with candelabras, the walls are smothered in red leather and the velvet covered alcoves are barely visible in the sultry red lighting. It appears there is more than a hint of debauchery hiding beneath the quiet streets of Farringdon. The cocktail menu is a credit to the team of mixologists who work here on weekends. The popular Pornstar Martini is a seductive blend of Vanilla vodka and passion fruit served up with a side of champagne. Others opt for the more subtly named Fig Sour which mixes fresh fig with gold rum and vanilla vodka. The DJ keeps the party alive until late on weekend nights, VIP areas are available for hire and the restaurant and bar are both available for private parties.
