High above the streets of London's infamous West End, Aqua Kyoto is located five floors up in Regent's Street's easily recognised Dickens and Jones buildings. Cutting edge in every sense, Aqua Kyoto is overseen by top chef Jordan Sclare, producing thrilling Japanese food with a creative, contemporary twist. A number of dishes are available, from sublime grills straight from the sumibi yaki, fantastic noodle dishes and, it perhaps goes without saying, super fresh sushi and sashimi enjoyed in the stunning sunken sushi bar. Just as exciting as the menu, is Aqua Kyoto's jaw dropping interior, straight from the streets of Tokyo's Ginza to the rooftops of London, bringing with it deep colours, warm atmosphere and more than a touch of glamour in the crushed velvet banquettes and statement lighting. During summer months, no space can beat Aqua Kyoto's spectacular roof terrace looking down over Regent Street and providing views across the capital.
