Provencal French cuisine from this modern chain includes dishes such as foie gras, seafood and steak. Describing itself as "a traditional French gastro", this branch of Auberge in Waterloo has a rustic feel with its wooden tables, chairs and floors. Seating upstairs includes a mezzanine and outdoor terrace making it a popular post-work stop off point. Mains are a choice of typically French fare like fresh mussels, chargrilled salmon fillet or sirloin steak served with bearnaise or pepper sauce, French fries on the side. Pizza and pasta dishes are also on offer at very affordable prices. Couple this with the friendly staff and you get a fun place to eat out with a lively atmosphere.
