One of the most heinously expensive bakeries anywhere in the world, but also one of the most temptingly delicious. Our readers inform us that it is a wonderful place but tough on the purse. The breads and pastries are renowned and are the baked goods of choice for some of London's top chefs. Founded by Gail (Stephens) Mejia in 1995, the company has expanded from its large basement bakery in Walton Street to four shops located in Chelsea, Belgravia, Maida Vale and Queen's Park.Baker & Spice images
