From the stunning décor and mysterious setting to the comfortable glass-topped restaurant and attentive, stylish service, everything about Baltic is designed to create a special evening. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it’s foolish to resist their tempting offers of flavoured vodka. In a place with such a clear regard for style and occasion, it’s refreshing to find that the food is simple, unpretentious and excellent. Baltic scores huge points for set menus which are great value, but obviously receive as much attention in the kitchen as everything else. The food ranges from Polish cured meats to more complex Georgian hot-pots and everything is wonderful. Add to this an impressive wine list, classy setting and discreet, attentive service, and its clear that Baltic is a cut above most restaurants. Very highly recommended.
