Beauberry House, now a restaurant run by the Circa Group who also own L'Etranger, started out in 1726-1781 as an estate consisting of two farms. When Charles Hutton, a wool merchant and sheriff for London and Middlesex, lived there in the 1860s North and South wings were added making the house with its 47 rooms much larger than it is today. After a period of disrepair Gary Cady took over the running of what was then Belair House from 1996-2002 turning it into a restaurant and bar. In 2004 current owner Ibi Issolah renamed it Beauberry House, adding two al fresco diners, an outside bar terrace with a 2am licence (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) and an al fresco terrace diner.
