Brasserie at Ramada Hyde Park brings the outside in with a bright, comfortable restaurant and cosy bar area. With its bank of ceiling height windows overlooking trees and grass, and its colourful original art, the Brasserie is bright and vibrant, letting Hyde Park spill in to the room creating a real sense of place. Experienced staff work the room, providing high levels of polite, unobtrusive service and making Brasserie at Ramada Hyde Park just right for romantic dining as well as for important business meetings over dinner and drinks. Traditional and modern recipes come together on the menu with its British and international dishes ranging from simple sandwiches to grill steaks and specials chosen to represent the weekly themed evenings. After eating we highly recommend relaxing with a coffee or a cocktail in the lovely Bar where you'll enjoy the same great service in a comfy, sofa filled space until late.
