Brian Turner is a true champion of British food and this venture is currently spicing up London’s most exclusive area with his distinct brand of traditional fare with a twist. The menu is crammed with Brian’s signature favourites, and it is all pretty reasonable, for a celebrity chef. Starters include: rolled crayfish and smoked haddock pancake, saffron cream, tomato and herb salad or duck liver sausage on celeriac puree. Mains include such delights as “daube” of English mutton with smoked bacon and creamed parsnips and “darne” of monkfish, on crab and lobster cardamom rice with spiced coriander cream
