This greasy spoon in Acton has a fame far larger than its stature and out of the way location suggest. It's fame is down to a starring role on TV's The Apprentice - the Bridge Cafe is the place where the losing team go to have a cuppa and think about who should be offered up for a grilling while the winning team get to drive formula one cars, very fast. While you're unlikely to bump into Alan Sugar's rejects here, you can get a good cup of tea and decent fry-up. Owners Gerry Marcangelo and his brother Frank have been giving London drivers and builders their full English since their father, also in the business, bought the cafe for them in 1962.
