Mussel pots, over 50 different Belgian beers and a beer cocktail menu are the specialities at this fun, affordable restaurant in Richmond. Mains come with choice of Stoemp (Belgian Mash) or Frites and vary from pan fried salmon to lamb shank. The menu has a modern Belgian bent including the obligatory moules frites as well as a variety of speciality sausages ('Stoemp Saucisse' as they're also known) but made with British and local ingredients so you get choices of Berkshire venison and red wine sausages or Twickenham pork sausages served with onion and bruin beer gravy.Brouge Bistro images
