American import Donna Egan has brought her addictive brand of baking from California to London, sharing her love of sweet things and American ingredients. Best eaten fresh, her wonderfully moist cupcakes are made with indulgent ingredients like Callebaut Belgian chocolate, Nielsen-Massey vanilla and Oreo cookies. Tempting choices of cookies'n'cream, banoffee and chocolate peanut butter.
