From the early morning breakfast rush to late night parties, there's always a buzz in our Old Broad Street bar. Right opposite Tower 42 and on the route between Liverpool Street and Bank, it's a favourite spot for City workers. Light floods in through large windows at both ends of the bar, which leads off to a secluded restaurant area.<br /><br />This bar is special for C&B because it's on the site of our first restaurant. We've kept some mementos of the old place, though. Beside the bar you'll see a series of nine cupboards made of wood from the original restaurant. Regulars can keep their favourite spirits or cigars in there. If cupboards could speak, what tales would they tell?<br /><br />
