A lovingly-whittled wooden shack perched on Brick Lane, Caboose is a cosy smokehouse serving up the finest slow-cooked meats and freshly-sizzled burgers. Seating a minimum of 8 and maximum of 11 guests, Caboose's private party guests will be served a 3-course feast they've watched cook at the hatch. Caboose also offers a bring your own booze policy, and you can keep drinks chilled with your party's very own ice chest.
