Its prime position just off Leicester Square is the main attraction of this standard French restaurant. I should make clear from the outset that Apogee is our local here at LondonTown Towers and sometimes doubles as our extended office. Morning meetings are often held over a freshly squeezed orange juice and croissant at their outdoor tables. That's not to say we're biased, we'll happily admit that, while the morning pastries are great the cooked dishes are less so, variously described as 'fine' and 'pretty standard'. But it certainly compares well to the other offerings on Leicester Square - the All Bar Ones, Bella Pastas and ice cream shops. This is one of the few independent places where you can linger over a coffee and, being just down a side street (near to the notoriously cheap Prince of Wales cinema), offers a pleasant refuge from the relentless swarms of tourists and noisy premiere enthusiasts on the Square.Cafe Apogee images
