Next door R Garcia and Son have been running one of the capital's most respected Spanish delis for years. The cafe's a new addition but offers the same high standards. The tapas selection includes all the the usual suspects like tortilla, albondigas and ensalada rusa as well as some surprises - and all at very reasonable prices. Dipping churros (a kind of linear donought) in their delicious coffee is a great way to start the day.
