A first-class Malay restaurant in London Bridge, with welcoming, friendly staff and exquisite food, Champor Champor is a little known delight. The name means something similar to ‘mix and match’ and the seasonal menu here uses recipes and techniques from around Indonesia and Asia, to wonderful effect. The seafood in particular stands out, especially the King Prawns and the Snapper, but everything on the menu sounds enticing and the place is full of satisfied customers. The service and the wine list are both excellent, and the restaurant itself stylish and comfortable, but what makes dining here such a true pleasure is the food; exquisite.
