Claude Compton (ex-Petersham Nurseries and Club Gascon) serves up a refreshingly rustic, British ingredient led menu at Claude's Kitchen and champagne bar Amuse Bouche. The fish comes in daily from small boats in South Cornwall and all Meat is organic and free-range. A balance between his experience creating fine Michelin cuisine and love of beautiful ingredients results in a unique, relaxed offering. Expect the unexpected with his new wave of 'fresh as can be' dining.
