Urban Coterie, a modern bar and restaurant on the 17th floor of the M by Montcalm Hotel in Shoreditch, is a collaboration between Searcys and chef Anthony Demetre owner of the Michelin starred Arbutus in Soho and Wild Honey in Mayfair. Led by Head Chef Killian Lynch, the restaurant's menus focus on British produce and seasonality with dishes such as Brixham crab, apple, and celeriac and Pork belly, carrots, grapefruit and liquorice. As well as the accessible-to-all restaurant Urban Coterie offers a members' club which includes access from 7am, money off all Searcys restaurants and Champagne bars, preferential rates for event spaces on the second floor of the hotel and access to the restaurant and members' club at the Gherkin.
