A superior mid-range Chinese handily located near Oxford Street. Friendly, stylish and well-run, Feng Wei offers good Chinese cooking from all of the four main regional cuisines. (The name Feng Wei could be translated as "The Four Corners".) Although most Chinese restaurants take this inclusive approach to their cuisine, this place benefits from having an experienced head chef who has run many specialist kitchens, David Peng.
Enthusiastically recommended by readers, Feng Wei may not be an entirely authentic dining experience but it is a very nice restaurant with great service, delicious food and a loyal following. It is also a real surprise to find such value near Oxford Street.
