The King of Pukka Tukka, champion of school diners and Turkey Twizzler basher continues his bid for super celebrity chefdom. But not with just another celebrity TV chef's kitchen, Fifteen is a restaurant with a charitable intention. The cooking is done by 15 kids plucked from aimless obscurity and trained to produce world class posh nosh. Starring TV roles included. No reservations are required for the ground floor Trattoria where you can feast on a daily changing menu of antipasti and quality cocktails. With Fifteens cropping up in Cornwall, Melbourne and Holland, the celebrity-meets-charity format is evidently one that's proved hugely popular. He may have his detractors, irritated by his cheeky chappy chirpiness and those who dimiss his Sainsbury's ads as a sell-out, but you can't fault Jamie's enthusiasm, his intentions or, more importantly, his cooking. Tuck in for charity, as I'm sure Jamie would say.
