A wonderfully snug and authentic French bistro, owned by the same people as Macaron, an equally authentic French patisserie also in Clapham. French owners Monsieurs Lenet and Roland ensure the genuine flavour by offering a menu which includes typically French fare including moules frites, entrecote, soupe a l'oignon. Staff, too, are charming in the traditional bon viveur way and greet you with a loud and friendly "bonjour" while male waiters will happily flirt with the girls in your group. There's a cafe and a restaurant part, both decorated in a shabby chic way that benefits from the romantic candle lighting.
