This restored Victorian pub stands out amid the plethora of West London's gastropubs for its eclectic menu, cosy interior and wonderfully tranquil terrace. The canalside location makes the Grand Union the prefect place to while away a sunny afternoon. Originally the menu was dominated by their famous pies, delicately flaked morsels of British cuisine in an array of mouthwatering flavours. But a new chef has added flashes of Mediterranean flair with dishes such as spider crab fettucine alongside chicken and tarragon sausages with parsley mash and onion sauce. The puddings are superlative and combined with the pies are guaranteed to make you feel extremely fat and extremely happy!
