Gurkha Cottage restaurant in the centre of London's bustling Crystal Palace is a relaxed and charming spot to enjoy Nepalese specialties and Indian cuisine. Rightly proud of its gurkha heritage - the beauty of the Himalayas, the courage of the Gurkha soldiers - Gurkha Cottage aims to bring a true taste of Nepal to the community of Crystal Palace. The d?cor is comfortable and decked in pastel colours that suggest exotic locations, while the service is unhurried and ready to please. Starters like vegetarian or lamb momo and hansh sekuwa set the tone, while the chef's special main courses, particularly those feature lamb, continue the authentic flavours. If you must have your Indian favourites, you'll find them here too, in versions to savour.
