Formerly known as Hixter, HIX City is part of the small chain of British restaurants from Mark Hix. Taking a little something from all of the HIX restaurants - HIX Soho, HIX Oyster & Chop House and HIX Mayfair - this branch has a fortnightly changing menu that celebrates all of the seasons - expect dishes that incorporate oysters, fish, chops, steaks and seasonal plates. Found in the restored East India Warehouse, a handsome room within listed 18th century buildings, HIX City features a collection of specially commissioned artworks from leading British artists, and sleek New York-style design pieces. Downstairs, guests can enjoy delectable award-winning cocktails in the second outpost of Mark Hix's eponymously-named bar.
