Set over an open plan split level floor plan of 3000 square feet, Hi sushi salsa offers guests a lush, Oriental oasis in central London. Upon entering the venue, the openness of the space and the dark wood and bamboo d?cor, give the impression of a Japanese Zen garden. The eye is immediately drawn to the authentic sunken sushi bar. The long bar offers a great view of the canal lock. The sunken tatami seating is spaciously set apart, and is ideal for both eating and drinking. Hi sushi salsa boasts an attractive terrace set along the banks of Camden Lock, the perfect spot for al fresco dining and for those trying to avoid the smoking ban. The combination of Latin American and Japanese cultures is not as arbitrary and eclectic as it initially appears; their cuisines complement each other through their shared love of fresh, exotic and spicy ingredients. Head chef Eric Fu trained in one of the top sushi restaurants in Hong Hong and has employed a diverse range of cooking styles used throughout the menu. Inspired by the poplular New York restaurant Sushi Samba, Hi Sushi Salsa perfectly combines Latin American and Japanese cultures through it's decor, menu, cocktails and music to create a relaxed but vibrant atmosphere complete with gorgeous outside terrace on the banks of the canal.
