This upmarket Korean restaurant is located in trendy Fitzrovia, the refined food is slightly expensive in comparison to other Korean places but the BBQ dishes consistently please. Moody tones and low lighting give the place a sombre sophisticated atmosphere, which is perfectly suited to the well presented food. Korean BBQ is the speciality at Koba and it is cooked personally at your table. Sweet and spicy pork is served with steaming bowls of rice and sour pickled cabbage. Or opt for something lighter like the Korean style raw beef with sliced pears. This is a great place to go if you are a bit of a newcomer to Korean cuisine. The menu has pictures of the food and an easy chef recommendation option, the Koba Modeum Gooi, a large assortment of meat, prawn and vegetables. Koba images
