This much hyped (and rightfully so) little Japanese Udon restaurant in Soho is rarely without a queue out the door which moves fairly quickly, and is definitely worth the wait. Noodles are kneaded by foot in the traditional Japanese fashion and served up hot or cold in an array of broths with a selection of toppings. A very hearty and satisfying meal.
