Located in Bloomberg Arcade, Kym's is the City restaurant by talented chef Andrew Wong whose original London restaurant, A.Wong in Victoria, has a Michelin star. His stylish 120-seat Chinese restaurant where "roasted meats are the heart of the matter" (Evening Standard) has a five-metre high fake cherry blossom tree towering through the curved staircase. It's part of an interior design created by Michaelis Boyd, featuring a colour palette of pale pinks and greens, with accents of copper and dark wood and terrazzo flooring. Spread over two floors, there's seating for 40 on the mezzanine level and 30 seats in the statement entrance bar and lounge. In summer, from June to September, the covered terrace is the place to go for seasonal dishes like chilli fried broad beans and tempura seaweed crackers, Champagne cocktails and sun.
