The original La Bodeguita del Medio bar on which this one is based is located in Havana. Established in 1942, it's famous for being the home of the Mojito. This London version is located just off Kensington High Street. It's close to Kensington Gardens and you can enjoy a relaxed summer's drink and a cigar on the terrace. This is an authentic Cuban bar and the restaurant is stylishly done up with wooden tables and classic Cuban colours. The food isn't just Cuban, it also reflects the more recent influences from the Orient, Australasia and Europe. Most dishes are perfectly palatable but above all, it'd be a crime to come here and not order the Mojito.
