Located in the busy Spitalfields Market Le Bouchon Breton is an all-day French brasserie, champagne and shellfish bar with an impressive pedigree - having the backing of Michel Roux Jr. It's also the brainchild of restaurateur and ex money broker Ian Stoppani who has enlisted both head chef Nicholas Laridan and head sommelier/restaurant manager Francois Bertrand from Michel Roux Jr's highly rated Mayfair eaterie Le Gavroche.
